When should I make an order?
You may make an order today! We always recommend our customers to order as early as possible to secure a slot. Once slots for certain dates are full, we will close it and there goes your chance! We wouldn’t want to risk that, would we? 🤞🏼
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you are able to amend your orders. You must E-mail us your changes at least 3 days in advance, prior to your collection/delivery date. Any amendments to your orders made less than 48 hours will be subjected to an additional charge. Please lah...🙈
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you've completed the checkout and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Voila, your order is now confirmed!
If you haven’t receive it, please do check your junk folder, it might have landed there!
Otherwise, please DM us on Instagram or email us instead.
Delivery
Do you Provide Delivery:
Yes, we do provide delivery!
Islandwide Delivery is $11. Deliveries to CBD/Orchard/ Sentosa will be $16. 🚗
Kindly note that occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas will be of a higher delivery fee (as stated during check out page).
How do I know if my area is considered CBD, Orchard, Tuas, or Sentosa?
If your postal code starts with the following 👇🏻:

What are the delivery time slots?
There are only one timeslot available for our delivery timing: 10am - 4pm only. 😊
Are you able to deliver by a specific timing?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific timing. We can only guarantee delivery within the time slot we have provided. ⏳
Should you require to receive your order at a specific time, you may wish to arrange for your own delivery provider and they can collect from us directly. (Do include this arrangement in your order under Additional Instructions if you are doing so).
Do you deliver to restaurants or hotels?
We do! You may indicate your delivery address in the provided field upon checking out. Our driver will contact you before they arrive.
Do note that, you have to collect your cake at the lobby of the hotel or made arrangement with the concierge to receive for you if you are not available. 😄
What happens when no one is around to receive the delivery?
Our delivery providers will contact you (at least two calls) via the number given under shipping details if no one is present to receive it. You may instruct us to place it outside of your apartment (only applicable for residential area except condos).
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to situations such as recipient is not present and is uncontactable, any costs of rescheduling of delivery will be fully covered by you. As cakes are perishable items, we would like to minimise the risk of any spoilage / theft / damages on our part.
Hence, it is important that you ensure someone is present to receive the cake at the given delivery address and time slot selected.
For Condos, rescheduling of delivery will be the default option.
Do you have Free Delivery?
Yes! Free delivery is eligible for orders above SGD 80 to the same delivery address. 🥳
How to arrange for your own delivery?
You may follow these simple steps if you’re opting to arrange your own delivery.
1) Place your orders as usual on our website, and
2) Inform us that you'll be handling the delivery.
3) We want to ensure your goodies arrive in perfect condition, so we only recommend opting for car delivery using services like Grab or Lalamove. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our cakes, we advise against motorcycle delivery, as it has a higher chance of causing damage. Nobody loves dealing with damaged Birthday cakes when the celebration is a few hours away :( and we want your experience to be nothing short of amazing!
Self-Collection
Do you have a self-collection option?
Yes, self-collection is available at the Guardian entrance at Yewtee Station.
What is the self-collection timing?
There are two fixed timeslots for self-collection at YewTee Station which are:
12:30pm and 6pm time slots. 😊
We usually provide a strict 10 mins grace period. Please be punctual.
Latest for self collection is strictly at 6pm only.
If you are unable to collect at the specified time slot, flexible timings are available for collection at our place (Do send us a message). Latest will be 5.45pm at our postal code.
Can I ask someone to collect on behalf of me?
Yes. You may E-mail us at least 2 days before the self collection date. Otherwise, you will also be contacted a day before the self collection day and you may notify us then. ☺️
