We do not accept cancellation of orders. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed.

Refund

Can I get a refund?

Requests for refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non Eligible:

• Cancelled orders.

• Received cake design does not look exactly as reference images (read here).

• Any accident that happens during delivery, kindly self-collect if possible.
